My experience with both the company and the crew actually performing the service was beyond my expectations. I had a tight deadline to prepare the house for sale and they cane through with flying colors. The crew was friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend Lug Away over any removal service.

I wanted the shed in our back yard demolished and debris removed. I contacted 3 demo companies, but Lugaway was the clear choice. Steven was very responsive at all steps of the process. He is an interesting and engaging guy; and, he is very clear and transparent in what he is going to do and what it is going to cost. Plus, he posted on YouTube a short video of the shed demo job that our friends and relatives loved.

I, absolutely recommend Lug Away. Steve was amazing – personable, respectful and patient during my family member’s estate purge. It was a huge relief to know that every effort would be made to repurpose furniture as well as new items. Luis and Casey were prompt, respectful gentleman- patient and kind. They were efficient and mindful of the task while I overlooked with heavy heart. The pricing was precious, the fellas even asked if there was anymore that I would like to add since there was room on the truck. I am grateful. Excellent job. They called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up right on time. Very friendly guys, got right to work, made sure everything was done right, even swept up after they were done. Whole thing took about 20 minutes for 1/2 truckload.

I called Lug Away after I did a serious overhaul of my yard and had a giant pile of branches, bushes, and more that needed to be removed. They responded so quickly and came out a couple of days later and took it all away! Everything was done within 20 minutes and they were very professional. I would definitely use them again!

I had Lug Away Junk Removal come out to move a heavy organ and a desk today. The process from the first email to pick up was quick and easy! They were polite and fast. They took the time to chat for a few minutes and let me know about their other removal services in case I needed them in the future. Highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them when it’s time for my basement clean out!
